Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 2-4 days. Orders to mainland UK or continental US are delivered within 2-3 working days of purchasing.

Please note that international orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Germany. Therefore, some international orders may be liable for customs duty and local taxes. These fees are completely out of our control and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us. Please contact your local customs office if you have any queries regarding this. Shipping fees will vary per country.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed or processed. If you no longer wish to keep your order, please refer to our returns policy for details on how to return it once you have received it.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. We do not require signatures upon delivery, and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.
